This time on air: The father of a preterm child and musician Nils Burri with a song from his recent album «Superman» © 2018 – Is this the first-ever song on parents‘ experiences with premature birth, coping with the loss of a twin child and on neonatal care?! In his blog, Nils wrote that he has dedicated this song to the team of the neonatal care unit of the Inselspital Berne, Switzerland.

vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Lied! Über was ist in der Musik nicht alles geschrieben und getextet worden! Über Fahrzeuge, Lebensmittel, Berufe und Geld, über Tiere und die Welt, über das Leben im allgemeinen, über die Geburt und den Tod, über die Liebe natürlich vor allem! Und nun kommst Du und schreibst einen Song über Deine Zeit als frühgeborener Vater, als frühgeborene Familie! Wie wunderbar mutig!
Du lässt damit nicht nur andere Betroffene sondern alle, die diesen Song hören, teilhaben an Deinen / Euren ganz persönlichen Gefühlen. Du trägst auch dazu bei, dass die erste, harte und für Außenstehende so unsichtbare Zeit mit einem Frühgeborenen aus der Isolation der Klinik hinausgetragen wird ins Bewusstsein der Menschen!
Laut den Angaben des „Bundesverbandes fürs frühgeborene Kind“ wurden im Jahr 2016 in meinem Heimatland Deutschland 8,6% der Kinder vor der 37. Schwangerschaftswoche geboren! Nicht wenige Familien gehen einen ähnlichen Weg, wie Ihr. Danke, dass Du ihnen und uns allen mit diesem Song Worte und eine Melodie schenkst, zum Hörbar-Werden und Richtig-Sein und Wunder-Sehen und Mutig-Gehen!
